The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts the IBPS PO Bank Exam, which is the gateway to the much-requested banking work. IBPS provides its services to all public sector banks, SBI, associated banks of SBI, RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, LIC and insurance companies and other banks that are regular members of the IBPS company.

IBPS PO Exam Pattern

As in previous years, the IBPS (CWE 8) exam for hiring candidates will be based on a two-part online written exam: Level 1 or IBPS Preliminary Exam and Level 2 or Examination of the IBPS network. This exam is followed by a face-to-face interview process.

IBPS PO Mains Exam Pattern

The IBPS PO Mains exam is also done online, it has 5 (4 + 1) sections with a total score of 200 + 25 points and a total duration of 180 + 30 minutes. As IBPS PO 2018, IBPS will carry out a descriptive document in its main examination for the selection of candidates for the post of probation officer. Sections should be attempted in the same order and time allocated as established at the time of the examination. A candidate must pass the preliminary exam and the main exam to be eligible for the interview process.

IBPS PO Mains Exam Syllabus

The mains exam is the important phase of the IBPS PO 2017 exam. The maximum weight is awarded to the score obtained by the candidate in the examination of the IBPS PO network in the final selection for the post of probation officer. The Mains of IBPS PO 2017 exam consists of 4 + 1 sections: Computer Reasoning and Aptitude, English Language, Quantitative, Aptitude and General Awareness. Like SBI PO 2017, IBPS has submitted a descriptive document in its main examination for the selection of candidates for the post of probation officer.
